عاجل:بيان صادر عن هيئة الشؤون الاجتماعية بالمجلس الانتقالي الجنوبي (وثيقة)

في إطار المهام الموكلة إلى هيئة الشؤون الاجتماعية، وحرصاً على القيام بواجبها في تنظيم وتنسيق العمل الإنساني والإغاثي، تؤكد الهيئة بأنها ستشرع في تنفيذ عملية رصد ومتابعة دقيقة لدور المنظمات المحلية والدولية حيال النداء الإنساني العاجل الذي أطلقته الهيئة مؤخراً.

وبهذا الصدد، توضح الهيئة ما يلي:

1- ستقدم الهيئة كامل أوجه الدعم والتسهيلات للمنظمات التي بادرت بالاستجابة، تقديراً لالتزامها الإنساني وتشجيعاً لمواصلة جهودها.

2- ستقوم الهيئة بدعوة المنظمات التي لم تستجب إلى عقد لقاءات رسمية لمناقشة أسباب عدم التفاعل مع النداء، والاطلاع على المعوقات التي حالت دون القيام بواجبها الإنساني، بما يضمن تعزيز التنسيق وتحقيق الاستجابة المطلوبة.

3- تجدد الهيئة التأكيد على أن المرحلة الراهنة وما تمر به بلادنا من أوضاع إنسانية استثنائية تستدعي من جميع المنظمات الاضطلاع بمسؤولياتها الإنسانية والأخلاقية، والعمل بروح الشراكة والتكامل لتخفيف معاناة المواطنين في كافة المحافظات الجنوبية.

وعليه، فإن هيئة الشؤون الاجتماعية تؤكد التزامها بالقيام بدورها الرقابي والتنسيقي على الوجه الأمثل، بما يكفل تحقيق الأهداف الإنسانية المشتركة وخدمة أبناء شعبنا في هذا الظرف الصعب.

In line with the mandate entrusted to the Social Affairs Authority, and out of its keenness to fulfill its duty in organizing and coordinating humanitarian and relief work, the Authority affirms that it will begin implementing a thorough monitoring and follow-up process regarding the role of local and international organizations in response to the recent urgent humanitarian appeal launched by the Authority.

In this regard, the Authority clarifies the following:

1. The Authority will provide full support and facilitation to organizations that have responded, in recognition of their humanitarian commitment and to encourage them to continue their efforts.

2. The Authority will invite organizations that have not responded to hold official meetings in order to discuss the reasons for their lack of engagement with the appeal and to examine the obstacles that prevented them from fulfilling their humanitarian duty, in a manner that ensures enhanced coordination and achieves the required response.

3. The Authority reiterates that the current stage and the exceptional humanitarian conditions our country is going through require all organizations to shoulder their humanitarian and moral responsibilities, and to work in a spirit of partnership and complementarity to alleviate the suffering of citizens across all southern governorates.

Accordingly, the Social Affairs Authority affirms its commitment to carrying out its monitoring and coordinating role in the best possible manner, in order to achieve shared humanitarian objectives and serve our people in this difficult time.
